R&D and manufacturing
Cold-plate, fluid-network and CDU development includes structural design, flow simulation, prototype testing, manufacturing and system validation.
Design cold-plate channels, coolant distribution and heat exchange around heat load, flow and pressure-drop requirements.
Build prototypes and test thermal performance, flow resistance, pressure integrity, leakage and control functions.
Machining, joining, cleaning, assembly, dimensional inspection and process records support product manufacturing.
Integrate and commission cold plates, manifolds, CDUs, piping and control systems.
Qualifications
The company won third prize in the national final of the 12th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the Shanghai High-Value Patent Award. Its core technology was selected as a key recommended technology by the Ministry of Science and Technology Green Technology Bank.
