GOTCO has developed R&D, manufacturing, testing and technical-service capabilities around microchannel heat transfer, thermal conduction and fluid systems. GOTCOOL now focuses these capabilities on data-center liquid cooling and applies its heat-transfer and fluid-engineering experience to liquid-cooling products and systems.

Liquid-cooling direction

GOTCOOL focuses on data-center liquid cooling, advancing cold-plate, phase-change and immersion technologies while delivering cold plates, rack distribution, CDUs, system integration and facility-side interfaces.

Organization and manufacturing

Established in 2023, the Tangshan production base integrates R&D, production and service to support product manufacturing, validation and continued delivery.
