GOTCO has long developed high-efficiency microchannel heat-transfer technology. Official material covers printed circuit heat exchangers (PCHEs), hydrogen coolers and other microchannel equipment, supported by design, manufacturing, testing and service experience.

Manufacturing and process experience

Diffusion bonding and related manufacturing capabilities support compact, high-pressure and application-specific microchannel equipment, providing a strong heat-transfer and fluid-engineering foundation for liquid-cooling development.

Data-center liquid cooling

GOTCOOL applies these capabilities to data-center direct liquid cooling, including cold-plate flow paths and structures, rack supply and return distribution, CDU heat exchange and controls, material compatibility, clean assembly and system validation.
