Engineering context
Industrial, specialty-electronics and new-energy thermal management is highly individual: irregular heat sources, tight spaces, harsh environments (vibration, dust, temperature extremes) and special safety codes. Standard products cannot cover these scenarios, and ad-hoc integrated solutions usually lack system validation — performance and reliability are unproven.
Principle
Custom work proceeds in four stages — requirements, design, validation, delivery: first build a complete heat-source and duty profile (power, heat flux, environment, life requirements), then co-design thermal, fluid, mechanical and control dimensions; execute thermal, pressure, leak and reliability tests at prototype stage; deliver the complete solution with validation data.
