Support / Technical answers
Direct, data-backed answers to the questions that matter before and during deployment.
Coolant supply temperature should remain above site dew point with dynamic margin while room humidity, pipe-surface temperature and sensor health are monitored.
Startup, shutdown, door opening and seasonal changes require alarm, reset, derating or interlock logic; insulation does not replace dew-point control.
Condensation depends on surface temperature and site dew point, so a fixed coolant setpoint cannot cover seasons, door opening, shutdown or sensor faults. Insulation slows heat transfer but does not replace dew-point control or leak discrimination.
Place humidity, air and coolant or surface temperature sensing at relevant zones. Define dynamic margin, sensor plausibility, coolant reset, alarms, derating and interlocks. Startup and recovery must prevent cold fluid entering a humid space abruptly.
Test high humidity, sensor bias, communication loss, door opening and shutdown recovery. Inspect insulation continuity, thermal bridges, connectors and valves, and distinguish condensate from coolant leakage.
